over the years I have gained 50 pounds. Now that I am 53 I just want to get back in shape. My husband and I want to travel and ride Harley's. I just think that losing some weight will help me feel much better.

Don't get discouraged. It can take a little time to get into a routine and find what works best for you.
Nutrition StaffRemain consistent with the diet plan and try to get some aerobic exercise in as well.
