About Me I have been overweight all my life. I have been on lots of diets, but always gave up when I couldn't reach my goal and gained back all the lost weight and then some. I found Dr. Tabor's program and lost the weight. I went from a tight size 22 to a nice size 3. I have kept the weight off now for over a year

All is well here - this spring weather is awesome. I have some pepper and tomato plants that I need to get into containers outside. I have some seedless tomato plants coming (I think the first week of April). Around here it's best to wait until after Easter ... seems like we always have some sort of adverse weather at that time (spring storms or a cold snap). Since Easter comes in April, it maybe spring storms. I may need to wait until after Easter to plant the containers on my patio - I wouldn't want the plants damaged. Looking forward to tomatoes and peppers to put into my salads. Wish Revial still had the Angel Hair soy pasta for my recipes :o( ... it was soooooooo good! Sure helped me on my weight loss - how about it Doc - why not bring it back??
