I weighed myself today & I lost another 2 lbs. for a total weight loss of 9 lbs. in 2 weeks. WOO-HOO!!!
Starting weight: 246.5#
Week 1 weight: 239.5#
Week 2 weight: 237.5#
I am so Thankful!!!
Now to add in the exercise! (I could use some "nudging"......LOL!)

Nutrition StaffRemember to start small with your exercises. A nice walk is always a good place to start. It can function as some alone time if you want it or you can invite a friend or family member along for some quality time.
