I started at 246.5 lbs. and today I weigh 239.5 lbs.

When first starting a diet, especially if you are sticking to it closely, it is not uncommon to lose a good bit of weight in the beginning.
It is important to remember to not go below the 1200 calories if possible (starving yourself is not a healthy way to lose weight!). It is also important to make sure you get your fruits and vegetables in everyday... they are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
